Join us at the BLOCK in Sharon, PA for a "Taste of the BLOCK." This event is a fundraiser we are hosting on behalf of Penn State Shenango Athletics. Your ticket will get you a food pairing from ALL 5 Themed Restaurants at the BLOCK. Drinks will be a la carte and a portion of all proceeds go directly to PSU Shenango Athletics. The event will be on Sunday, April 28th from 12-6 pm. Tickets will be limited and will go fast, so come out for a day of fun and support local! JOIN US AT THE BLOCK TO SUPPORT PENN STATE SHENANGO ATHLETICS! This unique event is being held to help raise funds in support of Penn State Shenango Athletics. Our goal is to establish an annual fund of unrestricted gifts that would allow us to: Provide funds to assist in emergency situations (i.e. help cover unaccounted for expenses like replacing a backboard that shattered during the basketball season this year). Establish a fund to cover travel-related expenses associated with post-season competition. Continue to provide the highest quality experience and resources possible as the athletic department continues to grow and see higher participation rates. Our budget isn’t growing but our roster sizes are, and increased roster sizes means more students attending Penn State Shenango! (If anyone has specific questions about any of these needs, I am more than happy to discuss them.) The mission and vision of Penn State Shenango Athletics is simple, help develop young men and women emotionally, intellectually, psychologically, physically, and socially, as they traverse their academic and athletic journey.
